Hide Customer Billing Details in Notifications

Hello there. I changed the capability settings to hide the customer billing address and customer emails from vendors, however these details still appear in the appointment confirmation email to the vendors. How can I remove these billing details from the appointment confirmation email notification sent to vendors?

If it’s not possible to do that, how can I prevent the “confirm appointment” email notification from being sent to vendors at all?
