Yes that’s possible, here’s an example:

[groups_non_member group="Registered"]
This is shown for visitors who are not logged in.
[/groups_non_member]

You can indicate any group name if needed, the example is for any registered user, see https://docs.itthinx.com/document/groups/shortcodes/groups_non_member/ for details.

Regarding your question, there is a solution which can be adapted quite easily to your requirement: https://github.com/itthinx/groups-wc-purchasable – it just does the opposite for a “Members” group and category.
