Is it possible to hide content so that is shows for x or y membership?

Say I have multiple memberships based on length, but they get access to the same content. Is there a way to use the hide content shortcode so that whatever is hidden shows if the person belongs to one of the membersips available?

I tried adding the membership id as id=”12,13″ but it woudln’t work, and only showed the content properly when I had a single id in the shortcode.

  • @jkstech,

Unfortunately this shortcode works on a per-member basis so you’d need to have the content copied one time for each membership and wrap a shortcode for each shortcode in the hide content.

I’ve added an issue to allow the shortcode to accept multiple memberships as a future enhancement. I must confess, I currently have a very large backlog so I can’t promise that adding this to the list will mean it’ll get done soon but at least it’s now on my radar.

Hope you can due without in the meantime and sorry for not having this already (I try but I can’t think of everything…)

    Best,

No problem, that’s what I ended up doing (codes/content for each membership), just wanted to check. Thanks!
