Hide comments from unregistered users

goto ADMIN->SETTINGS->DISCUSSION and change the settings

Changing the settings disallows comments from unregistered users. I just want to hide them with an option to make them visible to those who wish to see them.

hmmm…well it should be simple to hide the comments from unregistered users with a conditional, but that would totally hide them unless logged in, not so sure how to unhide them on click

I read somewhere about plugin slide to comment it puts a bar and visitors has to slide to end see if that is what you looking for.
