Hide chat profile access

  • Hi, I wonder if there is a way to do the following:
    1- Hide the profile access so that members in the chat cannot access other people’s profiles? as shown here https://pasteboard.co/QNPLlf6F99ir.png


    2- If the admin is the one who create the chat rooms, is it possible that the admin create the chat rooms for two members without himself being part of the chat?

    Hi there!

    As I can understand at screenshot is not the chat room, but conversation with multiple participants.

    Chat rooms can be created in WP Admin -> Better Messages -> Chat Rooms

    Yes, it’s a conversation between multiple participants.

    1- Can an admin create a conversation between multiple participants without being in the conversation?
    2- In a conversation can the profiles be hidden?

    Here is my scenario, I as an admin want to create conversation between two of my customers, so only these two can be part of the conversation, for example coversation1 between customer1 and customer2 and another conversation2 between customer3 and customer4 and so on. Any advice how this can be done? Not sure how or the best way to do that?
