    Hi, is there a way to hide the chat history from other admin users?
    We’re actually using WP-Client plugin and we don’t want to show Chat history to the Managers/admin.

    Let us know if this is possible, thank you!

    Hi @leslieannetd ,
    3CX live chat plugin doesn’t support access customization, so it is not possible to change access permissions on Chat history for admin users.
