Hide category if not logged in?

Is it possible to hide some of the product categories from non-logged in users and only show them if logged-in (to subscribers and admin etc)?
I only want our clients to see some of our content. I can hide individual posts by seeting them to private, right? But what about a whole category?
I would appreciate if it was easy to make that choice from Product Settings. Or is it possible to add some code somewhere (I am not familiar with PHP, but can get help).
