Hide categories too from drop down

I Assign some post categories hide to some roles. But the user from this roles see this categories but not the posts its ok no problem. But its possible to hide this categories completely from drop down menu too. https://prntscr.com/26k21f2

I buy this plugin. Despite many emails, no one responded.
