Hide captured data in emails and receipts on a per field basis

Hello,
According to your Read Me.txt you have written “Hide captured data in emails and receipts on a per field basis” but I can’t find that setting nowhere in the plugin.
I need to hide the quantity from Product page, Cart, Checkout and Confirmation Mail.
