Hide bundled products from invoice

Hey Chantal,
These settings are not necessarily relevant for the invoice, so we have opted to not alter the output directly. Instead, we add a class to the item row so that they can be hidden with CSS:

.bundled-item.hidden { display: none; }

Using custom styles

But now that you mentioned it I actually agree that the default should perhaps be to hide and then let people that do not want to hide the bundled items reveal it, instead of the other way around…
