How might I hide the blogroll, which currently appears in my right sidebar?

Possibly by editing your theme’s sidebar template file (sidebar.php?).

This’ll depend on your theme. If it’s not hard-coded into sidebar.php (or another sidebar file) it might also be in a widget. Check Appearance > Widgets and see whether the Blogroll is showing as an active widget. If it is, just delete or remove it.

If you use Chrome Inspect Element or Firefox w/Firebug you may be able to find the CSS for that element and eliminate or hide it.

Thanks for inputs. For future reference, in WP 3.1, ATA 3.5.3, I found the answer in widgets. “blogroll” is a category of “Link”, and “Link” is a drag-and-droppable widget.

Correct. It is confusing terminology, but Blogroll = Links in WordPress parlance.

If you would please mark this thread as “resolved” it would be appreciated. Helps everyone keep better track of whose issues are still outstanding. Thanks!
