Hide Backend has stopped working with last update

I manage several websites and on 2 of them, wp-login and wp-admin are now accessible. I have been successfully using the hide back-end feature until recently. The third site was still functioning properly. It has been about 2 months since the plugins were updated on that site. I updated only the ithemes security plugin this morning and now wp-login is accessible on that site as well. Just fyi, I don’t use wplogin as the alternative. It is a random string. The plugin update broke hide back end.
