[Plugin: iThemes Security] Hide Backend and not found page (404)

Hello to all, congratulations for the plugin practical and efficient.
But I have a problem with the utility “Hide Backend”.
In some sites after entering the new slug and the login is all ok. in other sites when I do login from the new slug I get the 404 page not found. can someone help me? I am grateful
