Hide backend, and comment approval URLs

In ‘new comment’ emails, I get these two URLs:
Trash it: https://www.example.com/wp-admin/comment.php?action=trash&c=205331#wpbody-content
Spam it: https://www.example.com/wp-admin/comment.php?action=spam&c=205331#wpbody-contentThose only work if I’m logged in as an admin – otherwise I get a 404.
Anyone know what the correct URL would be for a non-logged-in admin? I’ve tried stuff like:
https://www.example.com/my-hidden-backend/comment.php?action=trash&c=205331#wpbody-contentbut it still comes up 404 :/
