Multi Site Hide Backend 404 password reset

Hi
I have Hide Back-end enabled on our Multi Site however when using the reset password link 404 page is generated. I enabled “Enable Theme Compatibility” how this issue still persists.
Plugin Version: 4.3.11
How can this be fixed ASAP. Thanks
