Hide away menu with the logo on “myStickymenu”

Hi all,

I’m trying to solve a small issue but I can’t figure out where is the problem. I am using the “myStickymenu” plugin for my menu. My menu used to be able to be all hidden when the page just loaded. Once the page got scrolled down by 1 pixel, the logo and the menu will appear all together. However, since I tried to clean up some posts and pages by turning them into private, now only the logo and the background will hide away and come back. The menu is just there at all time. If someone can point me the right direction to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
