Hide Author and Event Post Date

    I’m trying to do this on a child theme of Twenty-Eleven. I found an older post that said to add a single-ai1ec_event.php. file in your child theme folder, and “edit it” (but no instructions on what to edit). This method sounds easier. Would this work in my theme?
