I’ve created a theme for you – you should be able to load it up, activated, and no longer be bothered by the author appearing! You can’t attach files here, so here’s a link to the theme I made for you on my github account:

Click the “Download Zip” and rename the downloaded folder to natural-moves-yoga, and place it in your theme directory. Go to Appearance / themes and click activate on the “Natural Moves Yoga” and you should be in business!
