Hide and Show not working

    Hi there,

    I can’t get the “hide” and “show” if category bit to work for the widgets. I am using the plugin for two different widgets. One is showing “Popular Posts” and one is showing “Popular Recipes” so the post page I need to hide the recipe category and on the recipes page I need to hide the posts category. It doesn’t seem to be working and both widgets are displaying all of the categories. Please help

    What are you using to hide and show the different widgets?

    Not quite sure what you mean. I’m creating a sidebar through my functions.php file and then dragging the top 10 widget into it in the back end. There’s an option to hide certain categories but it doesn’t seem to be working for me and is pulling through all the categories

    If you’re using the Exclude categories option of the plugin under General Options, then it only remove the posts that are in this category.

    Could you please post a screenshot of the widget?

    The Recipe category should not be showing up in the blog category. Under options I have excluded the category “Recipes” but it doesn’t seem to be working

    Can you please post the screenshot of the Top 10 widget settings i.e. the one is Appearance / Widgets
