Hide Admin Bar only work for admins profile

  • Hello,

    I get in touch with you because I am using your plugin and I am having problems. I have activated the option that allows not to show the admin bar to certain users, but it is only working with the administrator user, the rest of the profiles cannot see it.

    Can you help me? In the plugin I have selected only the profiles that cannot see the admin bar and still the other profiles that are not selected still cannot see it.

    Hi Cento,

    Your best bet here is taking a look first at possible plugin conflicts. On a Staging or Development site, disable everything except LearnDash and the Toolkit; this includes switching the theme temporarily. In that state, are the admin bar behaviours as expected? If they are, gradually reactivate plugins until you see the undesirable behaviour happen again, then trace which plugin (or the theme) is introducing it. Once you know that, see if there’s a way in that plugin to change the admin bar behaviour.
