Hide a page from menu/navigation?

Using the Parabola theme, how do I create a Page but exclude/hide it from the Menu/Navigation? I can’t find the “php wp_list_pages” anywhere.

I need to create a privacy policy/terms of use page but don’t know where to put it, so I figure this would be the best way.
