Hide a non plublic site from switcher.

    Hi,

    Before the update of multilingual press, the language of a site that was not public did not appear in the language switcher, and was visible only to people connected. Now everyone can see the language of the site.
    I put the site in maintenance. But the language still appears.

    How can we hide the language of a site which is not public, not finished?

    Hi Valerie.

    You have right, this was changed in the current version. We had a long discussion about this topic, is not easy. The WP core is not consistently in this topic and for us it is not possible to fix this comprehensive in the plugin. We think now it is clear and near core.

    But we has include a filter for custom filtering the result. With a small plugin can you change this. I have write a small one now for you, that filter all sites, there have NOT the public flag on each site.

    You find the plugin here (Gist: bueltge/109f6ef0df6bc4b7504b), download and activate it as Network plugin. I have also enhance our helping wiki with this plugin for other users
