It doesn’t work for the same reason: Search Exclude Plugin uses my same hook (pre_get_posts) but Better Search Plugin intervenes later (using posts_where hook) and reset every other where query clauses :/ .

Are you in a position to edit the better search plugin, if so can you replace this line:

https://github.com/WebberZone/better-search/blob/master/includes/modules/seamless.php#L22

with $where .= bsearch_posts_where( $search_info );

This should add onto the where clause and not replace it.
