    Reviews aren’t showing on the Edit Customer Review page of my clients website. Under the Visual tab, the text won’t show at all, its not even highlightable. Under the Text tab, the review text color is white on a white background.

    Popupmaker seems to be conflicting with WP Customer Reviews. When I disable the Popupmaker plugin, the reviews show normally in the editor.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Thank you for your time.

  • Nothing I can think of except to look at the css styling for popupmaker and change the “screen” color as a text? I’m thinking maybe it’s set to white and is covering up the review content. Sooooo many plugins out there, it’s hard to get them all to play nice ??

    The following css code is causing white text:
    .js .tmce-active .wp-editor-area {color:#fff;}

    This css code is located in /wp-includes/css/editor.min.css?ver=4.5.2

    I tried changing the text color to black in my theme css, didn’t work.

    I see the following error in my browser console:
    TypeError: wp.mce.views is undefined plugin.min.js:1:2228

    I contacted popupmaker support, they said another plugin could be removing scripts from the editor:

    I no longer need help with this. I’m using a different popup plugin now.

    Hope you have a nice day!
