Hidden settings box

Hello. Can’t figure this one out:

If the product results are populated, the settings will not show up in front of it and instead the settings box is mostly hidden behind the populated results. It would make sense to have it so that whichever thing is clicked last should be displayed on top, but im unable to find any settings on this,
