Hidden products in WooCommerce shows in FB catalog

    Hi guys, I hope you can help me with this problem.

    I had a preorder going on in my shop, and when the deadline hit I marked the product as “hidden” in the “catalog visibility” menu on WooCommerce. I did not set the inventory to 0 on purpose, as it is important to see how many items are preordered.

    However, the products are still showing in the facebook catalog, which led to some surprising new preorders after deadline.

    Do I have to manually remove a product that is not supposed to show in the facebook-catalog?

    Hi @hege1 !

    The catalog visibility will change the visibility of the product on your store. To remove the product from Facebook catalog you will want to disable the Product Sync under Product Data > Facebook tab. Can you give that a try? Let us know if you need further help.
