Hidden product categories

    Hi there,

    The Product categories list under the “Customising – Menus” is not showing all the categories in the “Add items” – “Product categories” list.
    When scrolling down, there are live refresh actions performed and the list is extended, but that stops after a while and so quite a few items are not shown at the bottom of the list – therefore, items not shown cannot be added, either.

    Just to check, have you already enabled Product Categories from the Screen Options

    If you already have done the above and product categories are not fully shown, kindly try doing a conflict test to see if you can find the cause of the issue.

    I cannot find those Screen Options, can you please let me know how to?

    Wrt to the conflict test, unfortunately, I cannot do it as it is a live site.

    I have just seen the HealthCheck plugin route to do a conflict test, which looks something to try on my end, will let you know.
    Regardless, can you please let me know where I can find those Screen Options? I have looked everywhere in many WordPress and WooCommorce menus.

    Thanks, abwaita. It was indeed unset so I have set it.
    Even though, on that particular page, the Product categories are now visible and fully accessible, the bottom of the Product categories list in the Appearance -> Customise -> Menus is still hidden and inaccessible.

    I have been using that facility to manage our menus so it would be so good to have all the product categories also visible and accessible there.

    Thanks for keeping the thread up.

    The screenshots are quite cropped and just to get a better view, could you kindly share a much larger view of what’s shown when you enlarge the product categories (https://snipboard.io/LGPEfo.jpg)?

    Also, have you tried checking if there’s any change with the menu item options when you enter into troubleshooting mode with the HealthCheck plugin running the Twenty Twenty-One theme and only WooCommerce active?
