A site I have using AIOS that started looking strange this morning (missing icons, strange spacing., etc.) When I try to log on it looks like the hidden honeypot field is showing. An input with the label “Enter something special” is visible. I ignore this field enter my login details but get an error saying “The one-time password (TFA code) you entered was incorrect.” I don’t even get to the screen for 2FA and didn’t enter any 2FA passcode. I cant access the site at all.

Got it sorted seemed to be a conflict with a newly installed plugin. Followed these instructions:

Reset your plugins folder via?FTP?or the file manager provided in your host’s control panel. This method preserves plugin options but requires plugins be manually reactivated.

    • Navigate to the wp-contents folder
    • Rename the folder plugins in it to plugins.hold
    • Go to Dashboard > Plugins and you’ll see all “missing” plugins have been disabled.
    • Then, rename plugins.hold back to plugins and activate in Dashboard > Plugins all the plugins except the one causing troubles

    Hi @dnaughton

Glad to know it is sorted. It seems the Two factor Authentication input is showing from another plugin which have conflict with AIOS.

Have you found which plugin is creating that issue. From plugins list you may try enable / disable to check exact the plugin making issue. IF you provide that plugin name we may cross check if any conflict which can be solved.

    Regards
