    Hi there,

I am having difficulty editing the homepage of my store’s website: https://www.pestacio.com.

While editing, I am unable to view any of the html code above the “Proven Benefits” section of the homepage. Would anyone be able to tell me how to troubleshoot this?

I am running WordPress version 3.5.2.

    Thanks,

    George

  • Where are you trying to access the html code? In appearance > edit and then in the right hand side? If it is possible, display a printscreen so we can see what you are accessing, ok?

    Thanks for your reply, Elis.

I am attempting to access the html code from the wp-admin page. When logged in, I am going to the following tabs (on the left hand side): pages > all pages > home

Linked is a screenshot: [LINK REMOVED]

Any code above nbsp; is not appearing and/or hidden for some reason… In other words, I cannot see any of the html code above the “Proven Benefits” section of the homepage.

    Hope that helps.

    UPDATE:
Elis; I was able to troubleshoot the issue. As you’d mentioned, I went to appearance, found the homepage template and have been able to edit it from there. Thanks.
