Hidden Gem…

  • It is rare to find an eCommerce solution that is packed with features and yet accessible for FREE! SureCart hits the ball out of the park with their twist on a very competitive sector. What I particularly liked was their curation of features to provide a high level of functionality without the complexity of other platforms. Take note that you will find multiple payment gateways available out of the gate without any payment fees. This includes both Stripe and PayPal. Included in this list are subscription services, file downloads, customer accounts, invoicing, cart abandonment and upsells. This is one powerful monkey wrench and deserves a big thumbs up for the Development team!

    I had reason to experience their support services … Yes, I found a bug in their upsell process flow. The support team moved the issue across to their development team and the issue was fixed across the span of a weekend. Release version 3.5.1 was the fix I was looking for. Exemplary support, exemplary execution. Well done guys and thank you ??
