Hidden forms added to other plugins settings pages

Hi,
This plugin appears to adding hidden forms to amr-users plugin settings pages. See screenshot https://i.imgur.com/IJGXa8w.jpg. Please tighten up the code – perhaps it is just checking for %users% ? or something like that to determine when to add code. The forms appears in the wp-footer at end of every one of my plugins settings pages.

It did have the positive effect of highlighting a missing closing html tag, as that in combination with these hidden forms & fields caused a submit button to break, so at least I got to know about that. I’d rather not have any other unintended consequences though ??
