Hidden field with value from another page

  • Hi, I’m having a problem.

    I have several pages with descriptions to apply for jobs and a button on each page to subscribe, as there are more than one job ti apply I need to bring the contact form, which is the same for all jobs, by post with a hidden variable title name of the previous page.

    Resume: I need to pass hidden info from one page to a contact form in an other page
