hi, i gave it another try to this plugin after several months since it looks a more stable product now, but it just gave me more headaches! I reset all to the default fields and deleted cache. I hide the default fields ones i will not use because still, you cannot delete default fields! then i added several custom fields, everything was good until i started to notice some issues:

1- Some of the new custom fields i added were misplaced on the first fields when it should be at the bottom, i had to move them when i wanted.

2- Some default fields like the description cannot be accessed from Custom Fields option, it shows on the frontend, but it does not show up in the backend.

3- I added more custom fields and the fields i had hidden stated to appear like the Hours of operation, social profiles, map, etc. Again in the backend, i can no longer see those fields.

Is there any limit number of custom fields i can add? because i noticed if i add more custom fields, more issues appear

    Hi @alexalp

I’m a bit confused about your issue. Could you please send me an email to [email protected] so I can have a better look at your site?

    Thank you.

I’m considering this topic as solved as I haven’t received any answer from you after I’ve provided you the patch. I’ll be including the adjustments in the next update.

Let me know if you have any other question.

the file you sent me solved the issue, but you didnt answer the other email i sent, if i upgrade the plugin, will the issue appear again? or did you fix it in the latest release?

also is it possible to make 2 columns in the form so i can put fields on the left and right? it would be better organized!

    thanks

    Hey @alexalp

Sorry about that but I didn’t receive any other email from you after I sent you the modified files.

Anyways, I’ve already made the adjustments in the latest update.

Regarding the forms layout, yes you can create as many columns as you want in many different styles. The plugin uses the bootstrap framework, all you need to do is add the class “col” into the “Custom css classes” setting when editing a field. Add the same class to both fields and they’ll be placed side by side.

Here’s some more information about the grid system included with Bootstrap https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/layout/grid/

i must have had an internet problem while i sent it i think, thanks i will try to do that, but i hope you add in the future versions the ability to custom the form field width, that would be awesome
