• I have this and the Top Bar set up. I have a hidden field for my list called REFCODE. It’s tag is MMERGE3. I’ve had success testing it with the embeddable form from MailChimp. I add a hidden input with the name MMERGE3 and set the value to whatever I want.

I wanted to have this distinguish users based on how they sign up for the mailing list. However in the list of subscriber info, the REFCODE doesn’t show up. I hardcoded the hidden input in the Top Bar form and I added it in the regular MailChimp for WordPress form. I’ve tested both and it doesn’t carry that data into the subscriber list.

Any ideas how I get this to work?

I’m guessing it’s not set up to handle it. Is there a change I can make so that it can? Otherwise I’ll have to use Groupings. I’m not sure how to use them. I tried the hidden grouping field from the plugin’s FAQs and it didn’t seem to work.
