Hidden field new order, why?

Thanks for reaching out!

If I understand correctly, the Recipients field is not displaying the email address for New Order, Cancelled Order, and Failed Order. However, when editing either email type, the email address is being displayed, is this correct?

This is not something I am able to replicate on my test site as the Recipient email address for those email types are being displayed.

This may be the cause of a plugin/theme conflict and I’d suggest performing a full conflict test as a first step to rule this out. You can do this by following the support guide below:

If this makes no difference, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
• Console errors:?Please share any errors you may identify when inspecting the console on the page experiencing the issue.

Hmm, that is indeed very strange behavior.

I strongly doubt that this will resolve the issue, but can you try updating WooCommerce core to its latest version and see if this perhaps helps?

Also, can you see if the issue persist when viewing that page using a different browser?

Should the issue persist, can you please share any console errors being displayed on that page when inspecting the console.
