    Hi @donnacolon!

    Please go to Add Field > Advanced > Hidden Input.This field is similar to Single Line Text field, but it is not visible to users. Hidden Fields are handy, in case you wish to execute custom Javascript on your form. It has the following unique settings:

    ● Name (mandatory). Provide a name for your Hidden Input field. Note: we highly recommend you to avoid using spaces or special characters in Hidden Input name.
    ● Value (optional). Set an initial value for Hidden Input. If there are no necessary default values, you can leave this blank.
