I have a menu in a widget. I only want that widget to be in the sidebar on a particular set of “Pages”. Not posts, products, or other site pages.

I use the Widget Options to hide that menu widget on certain pages. The widget is indeed hidden on those, however the space where the widget would be is empty and taking up space on the page. Is this normal? Would the extended version of the plug solve this issue?

I have Woocommerce, and theme is StoreFront Pro from Pootlepress.

  • Hi,

Thank you very much for choosing this plugin. Regarding your concern, the theme might have margins and separate containers for each widgets. I’ll be very happy to help you out, please create a support ticket here : https://phpbits.net/contact and include your website link so I can take a look. I’ll be recommending you to upgrader to Extended Widget Options for priority support but not totally necessary if the features you’ll be using are already included on the free version. Thanks!

    Cheers,
