The post ID’s (or categories) that are restricted to each membership level are in the respective tables:

• _pmpro_memberships_pages
• _pmpro_memberships_categories

Here you can query to get posts that are restricted or posts of a particular category. Here is reference to code on how we filter out posts that members don’t have access to with the pre_get_posts filter – https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/dev/includes/content.php#L147-L269
