Hidden 'Add to Cart' button in single products

I seem to have an issue since the 2.8.3 upgrade:
On Variable products the ‘Add to Cart’ appears fine, however on Single ‘Simple’ Products the ‘Add to Cart’ is missing and appears in the code to be hidden:
