    I’m sorry to hear you’re having with excluding categories from syncing to Facebook and am happy to help you with this issue.

    Could you please explain a bit more about the problem you’re having?

    Also, it’d great if you could share a screenshot of the Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab, so we can better understand how you’ve set up the Exclude categories from sync section.

    I recommend Snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL when you reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Hi, thank you for answer. Just when added any category for exclude syncing, “Save” button not active.

    I have same problem, excluded categories are synced to FB anyway.
