WP Staging is a cloning, backup and migration plugin. It helps you clone a website with desired directories and database tables. However, the real working can be tested by a developer and it can be done manually.

Pro Tip: Create a staging site with only required directories. Delete unnecessary plugins and themes. Then, push to the production site using WP Staging PRO.

Which means i am not just to Migrate or Clone my site before i do it.

@mervyntsao There is no such a tool that can do what you want 100% reliable. I don’t recommend using any automatic tool to delete things from your site. No tool can know what is actually in use and what not.

Too easy it is that accidentially important things are deleted by such a tool.

You can clone the website and then update WordPress on the destination site to the latest version.

There is no monthly plan for the pro version, but the pro version will give you many more features than only getting the push capability of the staging.
