Firefox users are unable to see the homepage, but are instead asked to download a .dms file that says “Hi Jetpack! All systems go.”

    I disabled Jetpack. No difference.
    Deleted. No difference.
    Resinstalled and reconnected. No difference.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hm, that doesn’t sound right. If you delete Jetpack, then Jetpack can’t do anything. So, even though we don’t expect “Hi Jetpack! All systems go.” to be displayed, deleting Jetpack would have stopped that anyway.

Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache” button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the cache?

Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear a cache you don’t have. If you don’t have a caching plugin or a way to clear a server-level cache, just say so. ??

The site uses no caching plugin. And clearing my browser cache in Firefox does not fix the problem.

Ok, so I’m in Firefox 67.0.1 now, I use Firefox almost exclusively, and here’s what I see for your site: https://cld.wthms.co/2LmO2J

    There was no download.

    Have you tried restarting?

Could be it’s a local cache issue. When I get to a point where I can restart, I will do so and report back.

Cleared cache and restarted everything local (incl. computer). No luck. Could be cache in the ISP?

Maybe? That’s really odd. I’m still not seeing any sort of download myself.

Try clearing your local DNS cache: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
