Hi i recently change my theme after that Images are not showing on my posts

It appears that a large number of your images are missing. Changing a theme would not delete them, so what else might you have done?

So, you also changed from http to https.

Install the plugin “better search replace”. After backing up your database, search for https://birdloverhub.com and replace with https://birdloverhub.com

Are those missing files in the backup? If so, restore them. If not, then we need to figure out why you have those URLs on your site.
