Hi… how can I allow copying the URL links in the media libra

  • The plugin works really well, thanks for creating it.

    But today I encounter an issue

    My page needs to have the ability to copy the links generated in the media library after uploading an item.

    It won’t allow me to do that, and I don’t know how to allow it in the settings

    Please advise.

    Hello.

    Thank you for using the plugin.
    I’m not sure what you meant about the copying links, but please use “Exclude pages” for the pages that you don’t want to activate the copy contents.

    So.. as you see, the problem is that, I cant exclude that page, as is not a page nor a Post…

    And it wont allow me to copy…

    Users need to copy those links to create by themselves a shortcode to embed the documents in their course (My page is for online couurses, but still under coming soon)

    Thank you for sending me the video.
    I’m not sure this is happening because of the wp content copy protection plugin…
    If the plugin is the reason, other setting options will be working also on the dashboard page.

    Please disable wp content copy protection plugin and try copying the URL on the media library.

    And please also check the other parts on the media library that you can right-click or not. If the plugin is the reason, the URL section and the whole page cannot right-click.

    Sorry for the late reply

    I did try to deactivate the plugin, and I was able to save the link…

    so it is the plugin somehow

    I working perfectly in all the pages, and respecting the pages I deactivate from protection..

    but for the media library is protecting as well, and I don’t know how to get an id or something for it…

    is strange.

    If I select the URL and press control c, allows me to save..

    but if I click the save URL button, it say it was saved, but when i paste somewhere comes nothing…

    any idea how to unprotected the media library?

    I’ve tried on WordPress 5.8 and it worked properly.

    I’ve attached a video for this.

    Maybe it’s the conflict between the other plugins.
    Please try enabling “WP Content Protection” only and disable the other plugins.

    is strange, I did deactivate all plugins and still the issue.

    I saw your video, but the problem comes where your video ends..

    in my library also say is copied, but then is not..

    Hello.
    I saw the movie.

    I understand that the copy button doesn’t work in this movie.
    But this problem doesn’t happen on the other WordPress.

    Can you tell me the “theme” that you are using?
    Maybe it is the conflict between the theme.

    Since this is a purchase type of theme, I could not download and install, but there was a section that was written: “Compatible With”.

    Maybe, the theme you are using is not compatible with the media library copy section of the Copy Content plugin.

    Please check and see with the other different themes.
