    I found a solution that worked for me: I deactivated the WP Social Plugin, and the issue was resolved. In WP 6.6.1 / 6.6, I did not encounter this issue in WP 6.5, but it was present in WP 6.6 and 6.6.1. The error message ‘The ‘gutenkit-template-library’ plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered’ appears when the plugin is active. This status prevents any post editor in Gutenberg from functioning correctly. It clearly indicates a conflict with the plugin
