Hi cannot exclude from homepage

So I tried the ^http:\/\/partnersportal.pilmico.com\/$

to remove the emoji from my homepage but it wont work.

Also tried ^http:\/\/partnersportal.pilmico.com which worked but then all of the pages in my website got affected.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
