You can use a filter to add your language, as documented here:

According to the linked Google page, this should work:

add_filter( 'ab_get_allowed_translate_languages', function( $languages ) {
  $languages['pt'] = 'Portuguese';
  return $languages;
});

This code could be added in your functions.php (if you have a custom or child theme), in a “Code Snippet” plugin or in your own functionality plugin.
