Ok, we didn’t really need all of that (though I can understand why you thought we did, and thanks for being so thorough), so I trimmed it down significantly. ??

There is definitely something afoul with your PHP configuration. You can certainly boost max_questions to a higher value, but really 20,000 should be enough.

I recommend contacting your hosting provider about this before proceeding with anything on your own regarding this.

Managed WordPress hosting from GoDaddy isn’t free. It starts at $1/month and goes up to about $30/month, all with “Award-winning 24/7 support.”

Are you sure they’re your hosting provider.

As it is a managed host, it is highly likely that only they can modify your wp-config file. You will need to contact them.
