Hey guys, my site finally went live, but I have a question

If you take a look at the events page

As you can see, when you hover above each image, there will be a popup that tells you a new event and display a button that sends you to a post.
The thing is, the way I have it made right now is that I have to manually link the a href to the post.
Is there a way where I can auto populate the links to the most recent posts?

EXAMPLE: If a user creates a new post, the first picture’s button will automatically bring you to the latest post. The other images’ button links will be pushed to the second/third/fourth most recent post automatically as well.
Is that hard to do? I’m not really familiar with PHP.
