Hestia main page settings broke

    Hey there!
    For some reason I can’t make changes to the main page of my web site because when I go to settings the page won’t load. Has anyone dealt with this problem before? Thanx.

  • If the page doesn’t load it could be a problem with your server.
    Please try to contact your hosting provider to check log errors.

    Thank you, Betty, will do. The page loads, every page loads actually, except for the page settings panel when I try to make changes as admin. But I will check with the provider anyway.

    Well, the provider said they don’t have the ability to figure out what caused it ??

    Try to clear your browsing cache and deactivate all the plugins.
    If it doesn’t solve this issue, try to switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and see if the problem persist.

    Deactivating plugins worked. Thank you, Betty! I guess there’s some plugin that causes the issue. Hopefully the update will come soon and it’ll stop happening. Anyway, thank you very much for your help! ??
